We offer free courier shipping on all orders nationwide 

The delivery time to reach you is made up of the dispatch time plus the transit time.
  • Dispatch time:
    • How long before it leaves CCTV DIRECT warehouse (1-2 working days)
  • Transit time:
    • How long it'll take to get to you once we hand it over to our courier partners
    • Transit times vary depending on where you live in South Africa
  • GAUTENG 1-2 working days
  • DBN 2-3 working days
  • CTN 3-5 working days
  • All other major areas 2-3 working days 

You  can choose to collect your order from our warehouse in Olivedale, Randburg by selecting the “Click and Collect" delivery option at Checkout.
You can also choose to have your order delivered to you.

Warranty

We offer a warranty on all our products

HikVision - 3 year warranty.Dahua - 2 year warranty. Ezviz - 2 year warranty.HiLook - 1 year warranty.All other products come with a one year warranty

To return your product under warranty, you should deliver/courier your product to the address we supply along with your details, proof of purchase and fault of the product

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs

 

Refund Policy

Returns - We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return your product, you should deliver/courier your product to the address we supply

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Stock incorrectly ordered and returned for credit/refund will be charged with a 10-15% handling/restocking fee

Special customer orders (Items we don't stock and source in for you) can not be returned for a credit/exchange or refund
